Piezoelectric ring transducers from PI are available with outside diameters from 2mm to 80mm and inner diameters from 0.8mm to 74mm. Based on the thickness range from 0.15mm to 30mm, they cover a large range of resonant frequencies, for various high power ultrasonic transducers, ultrasound, sensing or dispensing applications. Miniaturized ring transducers are available with inner diameters from 200microns and outer diameters of 1mm with layer thickness starting at 150 microns and 20 micron tolerances. Material choices include hard PZT and soft PZT formulations, e.g. PIC255, PIC151, PIC155, and PIC181.
Piezo Micro Rings
