How Nanopositioning Mechanisms Improve Performance of High Resolution Microscopy in DNA-Origami, DNA-Paint, and TIRF Techniques
The poster below was presented at the 10th biennial workshop on Single Molecule Biophysics (SMB) in Aspen. It shows examples of nano-positioning mechanisms (such as piezoelectric lens scanners, precision linear XY stages, and Z-inserts) used to increase performance and/or speed of different microscopy techniques along with measurement results.
